The Reformer comes fully equipped with:  leather straps padded foot bar 20″ foot straps long/short box wooden pole 27″ extension straps stoppers. Resistance is provided by four hand-finished, detachable, steel springs. The springs have three gear options to allow incremental resistance changes for progressive strengthening.
