The Exigo Glute Machine effectively isolates and builds the gluteal muscles. This exercise involves swinging the leg backwards and is performance one leg at a time. It features angled elbow pads to set the user up correctly and comfortable handles to provide support throughout the exercise. 5kg incremental weights allow precise resistance increases and numerous load options.
