Gym Gear Encore ECR7 Recumbent Bike The Encore ECR7 self generating recumbent bike is Ideal for the home, small personal trainer studio’s and light institutional use.  The Encore recumbent bike is warranted for up to 5 hours a day, even when used in a light commercial environment. This bike was designed with comfort in mind.  It features two pairs of Comfort Grip handlebars with the large side handlebars featuring contact heart rate sensors and rapid resistance buttons. The 12 position contoured seat has a ventilated mesh back rest to allow air flow and reduce sweating. The large pedals have a grippy surface and foot strap, to keep you feet secure no matter how hard you pedal. The console offers multiple programs were the LED window display will inform you of your workout statistics and with 20 levels of resistance there plenty to challenge the fittest rider.  Finally as its self generating it requires no mains power which allows it to be sited exactly where you want it.
