The backlit LCD monitor offers 15 pre-set programmes and also keeps you informed of all your essential workout stats. Want more interaction from you treadmill, not a problem. The treadmills built in Bluetooth is compatible with most major fitness apps, all you need is a smart device. If you want to train on an incline then there is three incline positions that you adjust manually. Convenient cup holders provide storage for your water bottle and other belongings and an emergency pull chord safety key can be attached to your clothing that will stop the treadmill if you fall. When your workout is done the treadmill folds away and can be moved easily around the house on its transport wheels.
