Performance rowing challenges you to achieve the best of your ability. The Life Fitness TFT 2.0 Performance Heat Rower provides accurate power readings and 100 resistance levels that allow you to adjust your workout to any level of intensity, ideal for the elite athlete. The TFT console features such programmes as Race a Distance or Race a Friend both resulting in workouts that are fun and engaging. In addition there is the patent-pending Coach By Colour Power Programme. This programme uses zonal training to inform you of your power output during your workout. It provides effective and accurate feedback specific to each exerciser. This rower can also be used in group exercise classes and the Coach By Colour allows instructors to optimise and simplify group coaching. The Performance model also has upgraded handles with control buttons that change the resistance and programming. The control buttons on the TFT 2.0 Performance rower handle allow you to toggle between Training, Comparative and Technique modes on the console screen which can show a split screen so you can see your current and last split always displayed.
