It is also great for warming up and cooling down exercises before and after working out.. This black resistance band is a great alternative to free weights and is lightweight and easy to store and transport. This black coloured band is available in a choice of different lengths: 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m cut from a dispenser roll. The bands come as straight strips but can easily be knotted to form loops. It is  approx 12.5cm wide, made from high quality latex rubber and offers 7.3lb of resistance at 100% elongation.. The TheraBand resistance bands are available in 8 different colours and strengths with this black band being the third heaviest.. Contains latex; not suitable for those with latex sensitivities.
