The BodyTrain Deluxe Weight Bench is a premium multi-station weight bench that offers an incredible variety of home fitness training possibilities. The seat height is 52cm and the backrest can be adjusted to 7 different angles for training variety. The J hooks feature dip bars which can be set to 5 heights from 102 to 122cm and can take a load of up to 180kg. The 4.5cm foam padding ensures you are comfortable and the PU leather covering is wipe clean and moisture resistant. On either side of the bench for targeting the chest there is a butterfly station that can take a maximum of 40kg each.
