Bench positions are fast and easy to change without the need to add or remove any pins. Along with traditional dumbbell exercises a variety of body weight workouts can also be performed on the bench. Multi-Position Bench From a flat bench position through to 90 degrees incline, add variety to your workouts by easily changing between the 5 adjustable back rest positions.
