COMMERCIAL GRADE Olympic Dumbbell Handles These handles have sleeves which rotate, each sleeve has bearings in the end, which reduces stress on the wrist and forearm by promoting a better, safer curl and wrist motion. If you have ever used these before you will know how good they are. These bars are full commercial grade -unlike some of the cheaper options with solid bar ends. The Olympic handle allows users the ability to own a multiple set of Dumbbells  with just 2 handles and some Olympic Plates Each handle is 7kgs, then by adding 1.25kg, 2.5kg, 5kg plates  the user could have: 7kg, 9.5kg,12kg, 14.5kg,17kg,19.5kg,22kg,24.5kg That is a 8 pair set that would complete any home/Garage Gym Zinc coated grip.
