Contents of the initiation course:  - Know the basic rules of navigation.  - Safety rules.  - Knowledge of the parts of the board and the paddle or kayak.  - Correct position of the body to obtain the necessary balance.  - Paddling technique with the correct posture.  - Change of hand and correct paddle.  - Management of the board or kayak to guide towards the desired direction.  - Basic turn.
