The UW03 HMS is a single handle designed for training on the upper or lower pulley. It can be used for a whole range of exercises for different muscle groups of the upper body, starting with small groups like biceps and triceps, through the deltoids, to the back and chest. The steel, rough handle prevents the tool from slipping out of the hand, while requiring a stronger grip. Thanks to this, we also work on developing the forearm muscles. Made of high-quality steel, it allows training with a significant load. The rotating handle installed in the UW03 model enables faster and more effective training of those muscle groups that cannot be covered by the classic handle.
