3 Hour Private Hike: Mountain Nevado Toluca from Mexico City

This is a private tour that includes private transport. The Nevado of Toluca is the 4th highest mountain in Mexico located almost 3 hours away from Mexico City. This is the only extinct volcano with lagoons inside its crater. During our tour you will learn more about this mountain. The maximum height in this tour is 4400 meters above the sea level. From the crater you will have a beautiful view point of the rest of the mountain, landscapes and the lagoons named “Lagoon of the Sun” and “Lagoon of the Moon”. This was a sacred place in prehispanic times. This hike is easy but we will have some ascents making the hike harder like the peak called "Humboldt." Here, you will have an amazing view of the lagoons and, far away, if the sky is clear, we can see the 2nd and 3rd highest mountains.
