The B7 is an ultra lightweight carbon fibre competition seat from Tillett. Sharing the shape and dimensions of the popular B6 seat but with reduced weight. The B7 weighs in at an incredible 3.8Kg making it one of, if not the lightest FIA homologated seats on the market. Although the seat is narrow it is able to accommodate most driver shapes and sizes comfortably. High side bolsters provide excellent lateral support while providing impact protection for the legs. The ergonomic shape of the seat has been designed to provide optimum support with high levels of comfort even when used without padding. The B7 accepts 4, 5 and 6 point belts and is compatible with FHR (HANS) devices.The narrow design of this seat (40cm or 44cm at the widest point) makes it ideal for narrow cockpit cars such as Caterham, Westfield or Lotus Elise. Both sizes have identical internal dimensions, the 40cm width has the external rolled edge removed for fitment into tight cockpits. A Dinamica suede covered headrest pad is supplied as standard on the untrimmed B7 seat. A 2 piece pad set trimmed in Dinamica suede is available to purchase separately.Side mounts are not included.
