The NOHRD SwingWeights and Board consists of 4 pairs of hand weights weighing 2, 4, 6 and 8 kg held on a board attached to the wall. For weight, each case contains tiny iron pellets that support the dynamic imbalance of your movement by shifting within the case - delivering extra stimulus for your joints, muscles and connective tissue.
