This material is then specially adjusted to reduce vibration through the structure to improve rider experience and performance feedback. To increase the durability of the bar, they have a shot peened surface texture which also increases fatigue life. The Renthal Handlebars are constructed within the Renthal factory, and go through an advanced manufacturing process from the stage of raw tubing material through to the finished product.The Handlebars have been able to provide market leading strength to weight ration due to Renthals use of material efficiency and computer aided taper wall profiling. This reduces the overall weight of the bar, but ensures it provides high quality performance with strength, durability and flex characteristics. The added bonus of this profiled design enables riders to run with a braceless set-up. It's design provides a 1 1/8 inch (28.6mm) clamping diameter with a standard 7/8 Inch (22mm) diameter at the ends to accept standard controls.
