Racers with good flexibility tend to keep their weight towards their sit bones at the back of the saddle, and therefore suit a flat and narrow seat. If you have less flexibility, and find that your weight drifts forwards while you ride, you may find the Fizik Antares saddle, or the Fizik Aliante saddle more suitable.
