The fender fits onto your fork's legs and its arch, so it sits nicely in between your front wheel and the fork's crown. This MTB mudguard has a tool-less fitting thanks to the four reusable cable ties which attach the mudguard to your fork. The mudguard has been constructed from polypropylene which is flexible enough to bend to the correct shape, but tough enough to withstand the horrendous British weather.
