For several decades he was an enthusiastic all-round fisherman, but the last ten years has seen him transformed into a perch fanatic. Jörgen has often been an early adopter of new methods and has usually pushed them to the limit. He has always been attracted by adventures, challenges, and giant fish, at home in Sweden, along the coast of Norway, and at various exotic destinations. Jörgen has been Swedish specimen champion three times and has a list of personal best fish that very few can match, with many record-breaking catches, from both fresh and saltwater. He loves fishing for perch, pike, and zander, but can also be tempted by new and unusual species and techniques. For more than 40 years, Jörgen has contributed to the Swedish and international fishing press, including books, films, TV programs, and YouTube productions. For many years he worked as editor-in-chief of a Swedish fishing magazine before joining Westin. The past ten years has seen Jörgen work on product development, marketing, texts, and film productions for Westin. He loves gadgets and product development, and enjoys nothing more than seeing ideas turn into finished products that catch fish.
