Perfect for streamers, salmon and predator flies. Having an action similar to cashmere Semperfli Cashmere Monkey is an alternative to Enrico Puglisi's EP Fibres but much more cost effective. Cashmere Monkey ise available in a great array of colours in 16 inch strands - they are perfect for imitating large baitfish as well as 1” to 2” baitfish whether tied on hooks or tubes for saltwater or freshwater fishing flies. Another great use of Cashmere Monkey is as winging material for Sunray Shadows, ,Temple Dogs or other salmon flies, because it does not absorb water the flies will cast well and give great movement in the water every time. Large flies tied with Cashmere are a dream to cast significant distances as the first back cast removes the majority of the water from the fibres which are synthetic. As they easily shed water on the backcast making the material is light to cast. Synthetic, translucent long tapered fibres - Cashmere Monkey is equally as delicate as traditional feather fibre but infinitely stronger.
