These turbo blanket heat shield from Pitking products are designed to wrap around the hot side of the turbocharger housing and reduce the amount of radiated heat. The innermost layer is made from a knitted stainless steel mesh to withstand the extreme heat from the turbo housing. The middle layer is a thick fibreglass construction which provides excellent insulation to keep the heat within the turbo. The coated outer layer provides a long lasting great finish with abrasion resistance.
