CTEK MXS 5.0 Battery Charger

The updated CTEK MXS 5.0 is a battery charger that offers state of the art technology that was previously only found in CTEKs professional product range. It is a compact, fully automatic 8-step battery charger that delivers a selectable 0.8A or 5.0A to 12V batteries from 1.2 to 110Ah, and it can also be used for maintenance charging up to 160Ah. The unique display allows you to follow the entire charging process.The MXS 5.0 battery charger can solve a broad range of battery-related problems and is the perfect charger for those with high demands. The CTEK MXS 5.0 offers features such as battery diagnosis that shows if a battery can receive and retain a charge, a special reconditioning function that restores stratified and deeply discharged batteries, unique maintenance charging, a mode for optimised charging during cold winter days and the charging of demanding AGM batteries (e.g. Optima).The CTEK 5.0 is supplied with two different battery leads, one with clamps and one with eyelet terminals, all colour coded for easy +/- identification. If the battery is difficult to access, the lead with eyelet terminals can be mounted to the battery, and the quick connectors are located so that it is easily reached for charging.
