Old fashioned estate pub with room for smaller bands. We went to see Tyne Maiden there. Nothing fancy but well priced - cash only when we visited. Landlord knew his drinks 🍻

Such a great pub, really nice friendly place! We were made to feel most welcome. Brilliant live bands, low priced drinks. What a good find! Fab!

Says online that it is open now (12:50 Sat) but I'm stood outside and it's not. Has it closed down or just got wrong opening hours on show?
