This is a great 👍 stonehouse branch. Plenty of parking available and very popular with the locals during meal times. Nicely decorated and well designed with plenty of seatings area. The staff are welcoming and helpful during our visit. The cravery is well prepared and tastes delicious. We enjoyed our lunch and would visit again
Had a lovely early Sunday dinner at the mermaid . West ham playing football to the left and Brighton playing to the right. Even though it was busy it was a lovely atmosphere not to loud. Everything appeared to run smoothly. Our food was amazing. Compliments to the chefs. Didn't wait long after ordering at all and our waitress Clair was so easy to chat to and welcoming. Would highly recommend 👌
The food was amazing as always. Haven’t been back here for a good while, so it’s good to know the food quality and taste has stayed the same. Staff were fantastic and fast, made sure to check in with us when we were eating too. Atmosphere was nice and quiet as we came in for 11.45 carvery. All in all great visit!
We booked today for the Sunday carvery, as were visiting relatives whilst on holiday from Northumberland....absolutely the best carvery we've had anywhere. 4 choices of moist meat (any combination), yorkshires and at least 8 freshly cooked veggies to help yourself too along with plenty of tasty gravy, and other condiments like redcurrant and apple sauce. Staff and customers were very friendly and we could take our 2 dogs in the bar area. Highly recommend! Becky
Went on New Years Eve, had a few drinks, extremely busy with a DJ and families enjoying themselves. All the staff, like our waitress Holly, were amazing and friendly despite the place being quite full. Highly recommend.
