Food ordered around half 8, due to come between 9.25pm, and 9.45pm. Still no sign by 10.30. Absolutely terrible, will be demanding a refund!! Judging by the reviews, this place needs shutting down!!
I ordered a £30 meal for two here about 7.30 pm using the uber eat app, they accepted the order and received my money. By 9 o'clock I kept phoning but they hung up after 1 minute, by 9.45 pm I drove there to find out where my meal was to find the shutters were down and closed. Then about midnight someone set the order to delivered. Avoid this place like it's a scam, I'll never order here again.
Food never showed. Ordered at 17:20, delivery due 18:05-18:25 and still chasing them by 20:20. Had to fight with uber to get a full refund on the order that never turned up. We called the restaurant over 25 times to check what the status was and they never answered the phone. Ridiculous, never had anything like it before.
Orderd from here previously and the last was absolutely rotten but tonight thaught we would try again ... what an absolute shambles nan bread was cremated.. curry was like baby food the mix veg was just frozen vegetable mix in spice absolutely gutted ... the chips looked like what wasnt black potato was coverd in flakey black burnt bits from the fryers been dirty.... the kebab was served flung into a bag that had then leaked all over considering we had vegetarian dishes absolutely fuming... the samosas where salty and the onion bhaji was slimey and stunk.. the rice was dry and hard.. the poppadoms where coverd greasy thick oil and they forgot our pickle tray after wating 2 hours for the food i wouldent even feed to the dogs will not be returning what a waste of £55 😬
Ordered hear tonight , never again , food arrived cold, curry was all spilled in the bag, it actually looks like baby food, chicken.... really im not too sure if that was chicken, hard and brown. Should be ashamed to take customers money. Straight in the bin!
