Been given the wrong pasties on a couple of occasions recently (chicken? bake pictured). Not ideal when I can't eat beef. Also, one particular member of staff is extremely rude. This seems to be the general consensus across the reviews so glad it's not just me. Wonder if cooplands ever send mystery shoppers?
Very poor customer service. Walked in early morning trying to be upbeat and make conversation about the food smelling good. The 2 ladies working did not even look up in my direction. Then another customer walked in and asked a question. Once this customer left the 2 ladies working mocked the previous customer right in front of me. Terrible customer service, not friendly or approachable and openly rude infront of customers. All I wanted was a coffee.
Alright cakes and sausage rolls, but when I had my back turned my partner said the staff member gave me a dirty look when I walked out, he was waiting outside so saw for him self. From what I have seen of other reviews I'm not the only one who's been made to feel unwelcome. I will not be spending my money here at all again! There's enough bakerys in the area that are just as nice and also have better customer service.
Staff are always super rude when you go in, and moan, give you a dirty look or sigh if you ask something else on top of what you’ve already ordered. Terrible service and wouldn’t bother going to buy anything
Cakes as always very nice. Staff however, make you feel like you shouldn’t be there. Been a few times now and this afternoons visit was the worst, the service was bordering on rude. This needs to be addressed before all their customers decide to go elsewhere.
