Barbers By The Sea

A few weeks ago I got the best haircut of my life at the Saltburn Barbers By The Sea. I was very impressed by the skill and meticulous nature of the young man who cut my hair. The cleanliness and stylish look of the establishment are superb and the value is extraordinary.

I went to get a rockabilly haircut, showed pictures of my previous style, and even pointed out similar ones on the wall. The barber claimed he knew what to do, but I don’t think he speaks English well. Despite explaining at least three times that the fringe needed to be left longer for the desired effect, he ignored me completely. He rushed through the cut with sloppy, lazy effort, showing no professionalism. He cut my hair so short that it will take months to grow back to the length I wanted. It’s ridiculous—the arrogance and lack of care were appalling. They didn’t even want to charge me because they knew how badly they messed up. This was by far the worst barber experience I’ve had in Teesside. I only went there because of the good reviews, but now I’m questioning if those were genuine.

I've been using this barbers for some time now. Mo is honestly the best barber I have ever been to. I have very sensitive skin prone to razor rash and burn however every time I have had a shave from Mo never a problem. I take both my children here and they are so friendly and welcoming. One of the things I like the best is that you don't feel rushed when in the chair.

I took my 2 boys (11 & 6) here for the first time today. The barbers were very friendly and welcoming. The boys got the best haircuts they've ever had in the area, excellent fades and styling. Fun twist of some coloured hair spray which the kids loved. All agreed that this is our new barbers. See you again soon 😁
