Buyer beware when purchasing a car from second hand car dealers. Prior to purchasing a 2019 Honda Jazz from Birkbrow Motors, Marske I spoke with the salesperson John. No pressure no silly claims just an open invite to ask any questions and inspect the vehicle. Returned three times before purchase. 100% delighted throughout and would highly recommend. Ticked all the boxes on price, low mileage, showroom condition etc. Would I recommend- absolutely.

I've just bought my third car from the Birkbrow Motor Company, and I couldn't be more pleased. I've never had any problems with any of the vehicles over the years, and John has been so helpful overall, but also with specific things such as replacing a faulty car key and sending for a replacement manual which the previous owner had misplaced. There was no unwanted sales patter; nobody following me around and no pressure to buy. John was there if I had any queries, and the whole process (on all three occasions) has been stress free and very transparent. I've never had a moment of doubt, where I questioned whether or not I'd made the right decision in buying a car from here, and I'd certainly recommend this company to anyone, without hesitation

Bought my new car from Birkbrow motors. The staff are lovely no pressure when looking round. Karl was lovely when i asked about a car he explained everything. I placed a deposit but changed my mind on the car. Karl didn't pressure me and said it was ok to change my mind. They wanted me to be happy with my new car. Sorry for been a pain Karl.
