Felt Unwelcome and Ignored at Oak Road Motor Factors I’ve been to Oak Road Motor Factors a few times now, and each time I’ve been ignored as a walk-in customer. . No greeting, no offer of help.I wasn’t even acknowledged. It honestly felt like they didn’t want me there. I waited for a while, hoping someone might assist, but no one made any effort. It was an uncomfortable experience, and I ended up leaving without being served. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place based on how poorly they treat walk-in customers.

Everything I've needed for my Audi they either have or can order and receive the next day.
