Campbells Tyres and Exhausts

Ive plagued these guys with multiple time consuming repairs since september as my 2016 Astra had a number of stupid issues to sort, one being an entire clutch and both cylinders replacement which is no easy job on my particular model of car. I don't doubt that they dreaded seeing me walk into their reception each time but yet they completed each job to an exceptional standard and my car now drives as if its brand new. These guys know what they're doing and they charge extremely fairly for their service. I genuinely cant thank or recommend Dave and his team enough.

Have used over 15yrs and spent 1000s with my 3 vehicles,always been happy with the previous work however my latest(and now last)visit left me feeling undervalued with zero customer loyalty as I was previously told the M.O.T re-test from my defective tyre wouldn't be chargeable if done within 7days.This wasn't the case as initially booked in to get it changed but after waiting 2hrs with no indication when it would be done from being short staffed I needed the vehicle back on the road for work so went elsewhere to get it quickly changed wich was fine but was charged for the m.o.t re-test when returned even when challenged to the owner who I didn't expect would remain stubborn and come out with a load of sarcasm.

The owners attitude is diabolical, you’re not allowed to ask questions and the customer service is horrendous. The woman on reception is absolutely lovely but the last 2 times I’ve been in the owner has dealt with me and his attitude is appalling he is so rude, and it’s like you’re an inconvenience. They don’t ring you up when your MOT is finished, because I dared to ask him a question in retaliation they’ve left my lights and heaters on when the MOT was finished and drained my battery, had to wait for the AA to recover me from the garage. Disgrace, he wants to sell up if he can’t be bothered with customers

Three cars with my busy household and we never take them anywhere else. Always 10/10 service at Campbell’s. I had one issue with the tyre sensor(?) being broke after a tyre change however this was very quickly rectified and understood it was not the garage’s fault however they replaced it anyway as that’s how good Campbell’s is. Full of good lads who know what they’re doing.

Popped in to see if they could check tyres as one kept loosing pressure also tyre pressure sensor valve faulty, was advised £114 for new tyre and valve sensor but they managed to repair the pressure sensor valve so only charged me £74. Excellent service
