Outstanding Service – Thank You, Skippy! My partner and I ordered our son an electric motorbike for Christmas. When it arrived, it was half assembled—and unfortunately assembled incorrectly. One of the bolts was stuck, and we couldn’t undo it ourselves. We rang Kwick Fit to see if they could help, and Skippy kindly told us to bring it down so he could take a look. Not only did he manage to undo the bolt, but he also stayed back after work to fully build the bike for us. This was such a thoughtful and generous gesture, and it really helped take the stress away so close to Christmas. We’re incredibly grateful. Thank you so much Skippy, if you read this, and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
I phoned to get my brakes checked and was fitted in that afternoon. From call to resolution, the assistant manager Kem was great. The service was efficient and my car was ready that day. I would go back again
Got my car in first thing and realigned the wheels. The layout and TV monitor allow you to view whats happening and they explained it all as well before proceeding. Excellent service
Great service, nice mechanic, help me a lot, really recommend everyone to come here to do service.
Appointment time was met. Mechanics were friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. When the work was completed (wheel alignment) the car (Jaguar 4:2 V8 supercharged) felt like a new car,the previous shudder I felt thru the steering at 50mph had been corrected.
