Great garage, always clean and well stocked. The staff are lovely except for the male staff member. We drop off/pick up parcels regularly here with no issue. Yesterday, he was rude, unhelpful and clearly annoyed that he was having to work. He’d been rude to the lady collecting parcels ahead of us in the queue - she told us. While he was finding her parcel (having come back out to check her name, huffing and puffing) a parcel came flying past the open doorway - he was clearly throwing them around in there, we could all hear him. He took my parcel to send but then refused to let me collect a parcel as I didn’t have ID - despite me showing him my email which he’d just used to check my parcel in. I left the shop at this point as there a queue behind us and I knew that challenging him in his attitude would only leave more people waiting, and it was quite difficult not to point out how obnoxious he was being. As it was, my husband pointed out the stupidity of us coming back again and he gave my parcel to him. We like coming here, it’s very convenient and friendly, and the car wash at the back is excellent, but we won’t have parcels delivered here anymore or come in if he’s serving. Otherwise 5 stars. I couldn’t leave a poor review just for him, it’s not fair on everyone else.

Not the cheapest fuel stop, but the shop has lots of choice and not too expensive for snacks. Always clean, well stocked and tidy. Great car wash at the rear of the garage.

After our harrowing ordeal with our car having a burst tyre we hobbled into this garage. The staff were brilliant and offered their help and drinks while we waited for the AA who wanted us to wait for over 3 hours! Will be changing our provider from here on. Luckily a kindly person changed the tyre as our Jack was not working! Need a new Hack too. Restored my faith in human nature. A BIG thank you!
