Very friendly helpful staff exceptional service thankyou
We have just moved into the area and I realised I’d run out of my thyroxin. I rang our doctor back in West Yorkshire who sent my prescription through and New Marske Pharmacy very kindly filled it for me there and then…..lifesaver! The pharmacist also advised on a surgery to join as one we’d applied to didn’t seem particularly interested when I rang to see if I could have an emergency prescription. A brilliant service today….very helpful and pleasant. Thank you.

two months of delivering a day late for medication pack & manager talks over you & told me i would no longer be getting deliveries from them as they haven’t time to come out twice. Refused to accept it was an error on their part & im disabled & cant get out to collect medication. Medicine delivery driver very polite & kind tho
I would give zero stars if I could. I have gone here for years with it being our local chemist and every time it gets worse and worse. 9 times out of 10 they’ll say they don’t have your prescription, or they’ve lost it, or they don’t keep stock of that medication. And thats when you eventually get served! You’ll have to stand and wait while the people that work there finish their personal conversations loudly behind the counter before they’ll even acknowledge your presence.
