Show great care of our 2 dogs on every visit. Listened to us, and have very high standards of delivering treatment, coming from years of expert knowledge and experience .We would highly recommend Marske vets 🐕 and would like to thank them for their care.♡
my experince with this surgery is very bad we rescued 2 dogs and took them to be examined and was made to feel like we were terrible people for rescueing dogs 1 dog was close to death and the other 1 had no hair they charged the charity who we rescued them off over £600 the examination was non existent when asked when they were going to do a propper exam the woman took the other dog out of the room and appeared 30 seconds later saying it was done this was basicly £600 for shampoo and a few satchets the next time we visited we were told to wait outside and felt like we had done something wrong they were going to charge us £25 for basicly hartburn tablets that i get prescribed i (ranitadene) we even joined the pet plan thing they do it was a bad month and id missed 1 payment(my own fault) and couldnt make the next date we got sent to court and ended up with a ccj for £750 so my advise would be to avoid this practice and choose a less corparate vets and choose an independant vet who acctualy cares about you and the annimal not you and your wallet
Wouldn't take our pets anywhere else. They all looked after our cat Casper when he was poorly and took care of us at his passing. And Lola, our little dog, loves the team in there. Again, very attentive vet.
I transferred to Marske vets after I feared my cat was misdiagnosed at another practice. I was right and we got there just in time. They are all so lovely and professional and saved my babies life ❤️ They understood the love I have for my cat and the anxiety I had over the situation and I can never thank them enough.
Having recently been to this practice which I’ve used for many ears but will never use again I can’t believe how they treated our beloved dog Mylo. After having him all day they sedated an already very poorly pet last thing before they closed then while my granddaughter was paying the large bill they just dumped him on the floor still unconscious next to her car. When she came out she noticed he didn’t have his lead, she went to the door which had already been locked and lights out within 5 minutes. They struggled to get him in the car and took him home. He took another turn for the worst having never come out of the sedation. We phoned the out of hours service number they gave us but they couldn’t come out. We found a private vet who from the start was compassionate and very caring who provided the kind of service we wanted for him and she arranged a private pet crematorium who came to collect him while she was there. They were excellent and again very sympathetic and they have personally returned his ashes with a beautiful paw print framed and nose prints plus seeds to scatter.
