Purchased 3 books from their storefront on AbeBooks. The books arrived in immaculate condition in only 2 weeks from the UK. While I can't give them all the credit for the speedy shipping, I can credit them for their careful, attentive packaging of the books and their speedy communication via email. Never ever have I had books arrive in SUCH good condition from the UK, not a dent, a scratch, or a dust jacket tear. It was like they had come right off the press! They had literally fashioned packaging to fit the dimensions of each book perfectly, as well as strategically placed bubble wrap in the crannies around the sides. Not to mention, such a good price!

My Father ordered me a book from Jeff 'n' Joys as a present to help me complete a collection. The book arrived in excellent condition and was packed with so much delicacy and care. I am so use to books being tossed in a jiffy bag and being damaged in transit. Additionally, Jeff and Fiona put so much detail in to their book listings. The books have accurate pictures taken by the sellers themselves as well as detailed descriptions on the condition. This is a rarity with many online shops now and really sets Jeff 'n' Joys apart. Thank you so much for your fantastic service!

Jeff 'n' Joys has a really interesting selection of books including signed and numbered/limited editions. I'm in Australia so it's always a bit of a gamble when ordering from overseas but Jeff and Fiona both seem lovely and I was really impressed with the extra care they go to in protecting the books and packaging for shipping. They also take care of their loyal customers with additional discounts. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
