Absolutely brilliant experience at the Teesside Hospice shop in Marske. Margaret, the manager, was incredibly helpful and kind. I bought two immaculate John Lewis sofas - she arranged delivery for the very next day (right before Christmas too). She also organised for my sofa to be taken away and resold at the same time which was really convenient. The delivery men were excellent too - very careful and respectful. A genuine win-win — shopping local, supporting a charity we love, and re-using rather than buying new. Couldn’t be happier and can’t praise Margaret enough. Highly recommended ❤️♻️

Staff are friendly but is a poor charity shop. Lots of generic high street clothes, shop stocks no DVDs, video games or CDs, electricals and bric a brac are expensive ( see image of 'Penguin' pot, £5.99 new at B&M with biscuits... £7 here! ) Shop has some used/'reconditioned' white goods but prices are still high for used items.

It’s always a pleasure to go into this shop. So well organised, clean and inviting. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I always call in when in Marske and always find a lovely bargain! Thanks so much 👍

Absolutely excellent service. Margaret,the manager, went out of her way to help and guide my friend . The shop is very attractively arranged. Well done!
