Lovely guy who cut me a key in literally 30 seconds whilst I watched. Only cost £5 and key worked perfect but was offered a receipt and to bring it back if any issues occurred. Highly recommend!

Limited stock, but easy to get there for that daft little thing which saves a drive to Skelton screwfix PS I live a 2 minute , if that walk away

The guys in the shop saved me today! Took my dog up to Saltburn from Leeds, packed three bags only to have left the dog lead and collar at home… The guys had a lovey lead and collar both cost less than £6!! Couldn’t believe my luck. Really grateful. Fab shop!! 😊

They always seem to have any of those bits and pieces needed to get jobs done. Friendly and helpful staff and very reasonable prices. It's like having Amazon & B&Q combined on the doorstep. I've used them for decades and fully recommended them.

Buyer Beware! My elderly mother purchased a stanley knife this week, which appeared to be faulty, the dial which was suppose to release the safety cardboard was very loose and just turned. I called the number provided to see if there was something I could do to get the knife working, as I would have preferred finding a solution rather than make a trip to Saltburn. When I called the Owner of the store seemed very impatient as soon as I mentioned I had an issue. I tried to explain the situation, and he constantly talked over me. After trying to tell him I was looking for a solution maybe over the phone he got aggressive started calling me a tosser and hung up on me. His behavior was absolutely unnecessary and highly rude. The lack of professionalism and common courtesy was a disgrace, and needless to say will not never be a Customer at that shady establishment.
