Staff are a credit to you. Super helpful and great service, thank you. Unlike Northallerton, not an ounce of customer service or cheer in the place. good to know though, now I wont go back....ever.

Went into today & was served by a tall blonde lady was lovely & helpful. Upon looking at the receipt, I saw that I had been grossly over charged for the product I bought Bepanthen Nappy Cream at £9.34! I returned literally a couple of minutes later and asked to be refunded as you can pick up the same 100g cream for £2.50 elsewhere. Unfortunately for me, a short stocky brown haired lady with a terrible attitude was now at the counter. This woman was unbelievably rude and all she could come up with was "if you weren't willing to pay £9.34 then i shouldn't of bought it" & that "I was making it up that you could buy it for £2.50" Try and support local businesses & get charged 4x the price for some nappy cream which you can buy at any supermarket. Absolutely scandalous - the short brown haired troll needs a retraining and to be shown some manners.

Collected a private electronic prescription from here. Very helpful and friendly staff.

It's good getting they on the bus you only wait one hour to arrive back at home

some staff are ok and polite and its can be a little expensive depending what you want they do there best to help u if u run out of medication
