Privately owned Cistercian Abbey in the Yorkshire Dales. Dating back to 1156, this lovely tranquil Abbey is well worth a visit. Open all year.
Set in 125 acres of parkland and surrounded by sheep, this Abbey is open all year round. Possibly the largest privately owned Abbey in the U.K. Jervaulx is well worth a visit.
There are over 200 wildflower adorning the walls, ideal for wedding receptions, small parties and tours are available.
