Typical local park so unfortunately a little broken glass and litter about, but generally a very good place for the kids to play. Lovely flower beds in the spring/summer and a nice duck pond. Lots of space for the kids to run around, with average play equipment.

Great little walking space in the centre of the town. Behind Morrisons and flows the path of the old railroad line. Well maintained and signposted, with resting areas, it's a all weather walk. Folly Dolly falls and the old railroad turntable area are down here. Several signs show you used to be before progress caught up with the town. David Brown tractors and the testing area, the old railway station and all its activities.

Lovely walk. The Greenway itself was part of the early rail network. There are still remnants of the old network to see. The location starts in Meltham and you can walk approximately 1 to 2 miles, the area is well maintained.
