Menston Park

Big open green space, a proper skate park, and new (2024) renovated playground for kids to climb, swing & enjoy. We particularly enjoyed the obstacle course! Separate zip wire, slides and swings. Good park area for small children and more grown up children. Nice and clean play area with swings, slide and other interactive toys/activities. There’s also a small skate park of sorts with ramps and a “half pipe”. There’s also some tennis courts and a zip line. Decent size field area to run around or play with a frisbee. Great little park, with a few shops and a coffee shop within easy walking distance.

Was a beautiful day so packed a picnic and took the grandchildren. One 4 Yr. Old and one 5. They loved it. Lots of field space for ball games, picnic tables a skate park set away from the swings, climbing frame, slides. Hey, lots to do.

Nice park to walk the dogs + also watch the local football teams play. Children's park area has recently had a refurbishment with all new equipment. Nice to sit and relax on the grass on a summer's day. Watch out, certain areas can be very boggy after rain.
