Ali Bongos Play Barn at Pastures Lodge

I just wanted to share how impressed I am with the play area and the team running it. Kayla and Megan consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. They’re always welcoming, helpful, and attentive to what families and children need. I’ve especially noticed how clean, tidy, and well-organised the whole space looks lately — it’s clear they take real pride in their work. The play equipment is spotless, the seating areas are kept clean. Their positive attitudes and the care they put into their roles make such a difference. Kayla and Megan are truly amazing and doing an outstanding job. The play area is lucky to have them, and it shows in the great experience they create for everyone who visits. Halloween party was run perfectly and again the Staff ensured the kids got to play games etc. The pricing for the kids to play makes a real difference as most places are greedy and charge ridiculous prices . Well done to all involved

Staff kala is brilliant, very polite towards customers. Gives 100% customer service, nothing is too much trouble for her, approaches with a smile, deffo the best, will be back for a coffee soon

Need more toddler play area It’s quite small and not a lot to do it needs updating I think my toddler did not have much to do and he was too small for the main bit

Went to party here and wasn't good. No stafe control over children . Random children gate crashing party that was on and eating part food that was left over paid for a 2 hour part and was asked to leave after hour and 45 mins £4.55 pint of coke

I took my greagrandchildren and grandaughter today what an amazing day the kids had staff absolutely wonderful nothing too much trouble we then ate in restaurant again food and service was amazing well done to all the team that made our day fantastic thank you
