Takeaway and dined in at spice lounge, food is delicious, although might have gotten a bit more spicier lately. Takeaway's have come very hot (never been cold when delivered), delicious and there's plenty👍 I have been to spice lounge with my family a few times, the staff are friendly and attentive, big portions for everyone. Atmosphere in the restaurant is nice, sometimes it can be busy depending on time of the year. I recommend pre booking/reserving a table before hand if it is for a few people during busy periods.
Have eaten here numerous times but won’t be going back. We were seated just down near the door - even though they could see we had a small baby in a high chair. They only had a small heater on which we couldn’t even feel & it was cold. The waiter wasn’t very smiley & only said a few words to the baby which if it was busy we would’ve understood but there were only 2 other tables in. The bill was extortionate £180 for 6 of us which did include drinks but if the surroundings & hospitality would’ve been better we probably wouldn’t have been as dissatisfied. The dish my husband had wasn’t great & I chose a fish curry for a change but it had more peppers than fish 👎🏻
Shocker tonight, always been a great takeaway, but somethings gone wrong today, very late delivery, when it arrived oil was all over everything, and the meal had a bad after taste, no way near the usual standards, so disappointed
I had a chicken Jalfrazi takeaway last night and unfortunately I found the food very average but this morning the frequent discharges of toxic gas were far from average
Ordered a delivery, never came and wont answer phone...AVOID
