Ordered a few times from this place, Wouldn’t order from anywhere else. Had a slight problem with my order and my pizza was wrong and the owner sorted this and delivered a fresh cooked pizza within 15 minutes of me calling the shop and he was more than polite and apologetic for the mistake made. Hands down the nicest pizza’s I’ve ever ordered and the rest of the menu isn’t far behind too. Money well spent
Went in as it just closed they turned their fryer on for me I only wanted a portion of chips, they gave me half a portion because that’s what was left and refused to charge me, I insisted giving them £4 to support local business they refused to take it, I put £2 on the counter and still tried giving me a £1 back I denied it, they wouldn’t let me leave without giving me a can of pop, lovely owners and staff , quality fresh food definitely recommend thank you for your service (Emma’s daughter at alo pizza)
Ordered food had to phone 1.5 hours later to see where it was told 6 minutes. Had to phone again 30 minutes later as still not delivered. Told food sent given to wrong person supposedly was getting recooked 5 minutes later delivered freezing cold either they have gone and got the food back and delivered it to us (believe this to be the case with the food been cold) or it been sat for 2 hours. Either way bad food and BAD SERVICE would recommend staying well away if this is typical service and specially with being told food gone to someone else then delivered cold.
We’ve ordered from here a few times now & the food is always beautiful! Tonight one of our burgers was wrong so I rang up to let them know & they sent a replacement out straight away which was very much appreciated! We are all human & make mistakes, it’s how you deal with them that counts & this place went above & beyond! They were so friendly & polite! I can’t recommend enough & we will carry on ordering every weekend! Thank you!
Not good service definately gone downhill at this place .2 tiny pieces of chicken on one slice of pizza what happened to actually putting Chicken on the whole pizza .Extremely poor value for money .Also stone cold. Feel conned out of my money .No care or replacement offered . Won't be using again .
