Won't be ordering from here again it's my first time ordering because of the new year and my main ordering places were closed I ordered a kebab wrap didn't like it kebab has that funny taste and smell then got hotwings they came cold doesn't taste how I'd like them they had to send peices of chicken out because didn't have anymore hotwings I ordered 15 hotwings got 12 and 4 peices of chicken to make up for the hotwings all together tasted bad I understand the low rating now best takeaways to order from is alo pizza number 1 foodies number 2 don't order what I ordered from here so dissapointing.
The tasty kebab special box was horrendous no flavour at all no seasoning chips were soggy and chicken was dry pizza was like it was reheated would not recommend. Asked girl on phone can I have my salad which was free in a separate tub from my box and she said no I would have to pay for it separately if I wanted it that way
A staff lady was rude over the phone whilst I was explaining that I was missing a Pepsi can to be precise I said 330ml and i asked her if i could add on a dr pepper can then she ended the phone while I was still talking to her, she rang me back and said that I didn't order a bottle of Pepsi, er I know i didn't, I didn't say that did i ? She was rude. Chips was horrible as if they've been cooked for ages -so dry. Delivery drivers are nice though.
never had a bad meal in twenty years from this place. garlic bread with cheese and jalapeños is the best. even got a lift home off delivery driver once when i was drunk, lol.
Ordered from here for first time today and ordered 2 of the exact same order. We received 2 different things thinking we got someone else's order. When we called through they said we got what we ordered. After arguing they agreed that they ran out of food so sent a different item but that's what they send as its what's on their menu. It isn't and doesn't state this on their menu. After a full blown argument had to waste my own time to go to the takeaway to show them what i had. Out of all the takeaways we have ordered from this is by far the worst I've been too. Worst experience and very unprofessional when sending out wrong items. No ownership of mistakes or phone calls to sat they have ran out to send an alternative. It took a face to face visit to get through the lies of the chefs. Terrible
