When I first walked in, I had just fake tanned so was pretty dark, the lady at the front desk shouted up stairs to chelsea, ' there's a yellow lady here, chelsea replied yellow,? Which i thought was rather childish. Chelsea made me feel at ease but the treatment left a dent & lumps in one side of my forehead , she called me back to try resolve it but still no different. Ill be going somewhere else next time
Another amazing experience at Luxure. Chelsea puts you at ease as soon as you walk through the door. She is such a lovely lady inside and out. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my treatment, the work she does is exceptional.

Too gentle massage, needed to be deeper, I asked her to go harder, she does for 2 seconds then went soft again, it's not supposed to be tickly, got no benefit whatsoever.
Lovely salon, amazing friendly staff and absolutely brilliant treatments.
