Booked in at 12:00 Arrived at 11:50 Told to wait outside door! 12:20 Knocked on door, Booking was canceled 12:25 Told to get out! Excuse after excuse, Told by (Zen) owner, I will speak to you how I want. There was not one apology, not one single sorry. 30 minutes of waiting quietly and patiently to be spoken to like crap, customer service is a joke. If some one were to have something done and it goes wrong, goes wrong badly, what an attitude when your Told to get out and talked to with arrogant rude, obnoxious and disrespectfully owner of Zen. After researching into a good training academy and owning one myself, I chose Zen, haven’t regretted it for one second, the staff and trainers go out of their way to make you feel welcome and even though at times I felt a little out of my depth with certain areas Stacey was there for me guiding and supporting my journey and never leaving my side, she is totally amazing at all she does, made a true friend there. I will be back for more courses and know that I will receive 24/7 support, thanks guys you are all truly brilliant

Terrible experience here. Arrived for my appointment and was kept waiting outside in the cold and rain for 10 minutes only to be eventually told I couldn't have my treatment as my product hadn't arrived, thank you for letting me know!! Needless to say customer service terrible, communication terrible, not impressed at all with the highly unprofessional way they treated me as a new customer!! Obviously will not be returning here.
