Incredibly easy to deal with and very responsive. I first found the vehicle online and was contacted by their website chat. I was very happy that i was contacted in a timely manor and the service I received. Almost everything was done online and also by text. Alex agreed to have the car delivered to me some 3 hours away from his site and the vehicle arrived sooner than expected. I am very happy with my purchase and the price I paid and also the condition of the vehicle. I would recommend and would be happy to purchase again in the near future when I look to upgrade. Would highly recommend. I'll be honest im not a huge fan of car dealers but soon as I got there you could tell it was a no pressure sales environment. Dealt originally with Max and then Alex. I recently visited Alexander Paul Car Dealership to look at a Range Rover, and from the moment I arrived the service was spot-on. I was greeted warmly and even offered a drink before being left to take my time looking around the car without any pressure at all. When I was ready, I was able to take it out for a test drive with absolutely no pushy sales techniques – just honest, relaxed service, which was really refreshing. A couple of weeks after buying the car, I ran into a common issue with this model. I got in touch with Max and Alex, and they were brilliant. They had the car booked back in straight away and handled everything without any hassle. Massive shoutout to Max, who personally kept me updated throughout the entire process and even provided me with a courtesy car while mine was being fixed. Genuinely great guys, genuinely great garage. Couldn’t recommend Alexander Paul enough.

I recently bought a BMW X4 M40d from Alexander Paul GB. I delt with Max on the phone and his professionalism and communication was really good. Everything from initial questions and inquiries into the vehicle to the test drive was spot on. The car had a small ding on the rear on the initial viewing and was fully repaired by the time i came to collect the car. I delt with Alex on handover and he was really good. Really nice dealership with very professional people. Alot of people are really good when you are interested in buying a car from them however at Alexander Paul GB, the aftercare they have provided has been outstanding. If you are looking at purchasing a car from them, i would 100% vouch and they deserve the very best in the future.

#####Absolutely Amazing Aftersales Care ##### -Would highly recommend. We bought a Nissan Juke from Alex in September 2025. The car and the price seemed fair, and we decided to purchase it along with the Warranty Wise cover Alex recommended. We trusted him, as we had bought a car from him before. Unfortunately, the car developed issues in less than a month. We contacted Warranty Wise to enquire about the process, but their response was disappointing. It became clear that they would only cover a fraction of the repairs, and even that would involve a long, drawn-out process. This only confirmed our long-held concerns about used-car warranties/Insurance Covers. I then contacted Alex, explained the situation, and to my surprise he immediately said to get the car checked/diagnosed and that he would cover the cost of repairs himself in full. We booked the car in, sent Alex the diagnostic report and quote, and he paid the full amount in advance. Once the repairs were completed, I let him know and for his peace of mind sent him the receipt as well. We also decided that the Warranty Wise cover had been a waste of money, so we contacted Alex again to cancel it and request a refund. Even though the policy was in our name, cancellations had to go through the dealer. Alex was efficient, responsive, and arranged the full refund quickly. I must say, in my entire life I have never experienced such outstanding aftersales care for any product I have ever bought.
