Absolutely awful customer service and very bad treatment from the male with the beard,, speaking aggressively and rude as it seems he dont like to serve non English people, wont give me a full receipt and only gave little print from card machine ,, need reviewing really ,, Mexborough my local and i try my best to avoid it as dont want dealing with his attitude.. Rotherham branch near town spot on guys.
Couldn't be happier with the service there. Mums car battery died the death of time. Popped in with a picture ofnthe label (rather than lugging the battery in) ans the guy said they had none in, but could have one the next day at about 11am. I went in about 1, battery waiting on the counter for me, they even disposed of the old battery at no charge and get 3 years warranty against "anything" on it. Stock is good, prices are average and fair, customer service is good. Only tiny, small, insignificant down side, is the entrance. The steps and ramp are steep but still manageable and the store itself is easily a 5 star place.
Good motor vehicle supplier and cheap parts. All good lads what work here and get along with anyone. Most of staff have knowledge of the parts they sell too. 👌
All round good service excellence staff always willing to help nothing is too much trouble I will always recommend
A good alrounder for van parts they've usually got what you need and it the don't then they will have by next day
