Over the last 7 years i have used these guys to buy a house, let out a property and just recently, to sell one. On all fronts the experience has been great. They know their stuff, are good at communicating information and are always friendly and helpful when on the phone or in the shop. More importantly, they know the local area well. They have provided several solid tenants for me and they had no problem getting viewings for the house they sold for me & achieved a price above what i was expecting. With the latest sale Hayley managed to get myself, the buyer and both sets of solicitors to go from first real contact to completion in 7 days. Great work. We went with BSmart after initially trying another agent, who were less than helpful. Bsmart are a great bunch of friendly people who update you promptly and are always quick to reply by email or phone. I found them very practical but genuinely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Bsmart home to sell your property. I had received a very poor experience while trying to sell my home with another agent and was really quite anxious from the experience. Kerry and her team put me at ease, explaining the procedure in a very straightforward way. I had an offer within days of the property going live resulting in the whole process taking a matter of months. Kerry kept me informed of the process without any unnecessary correspondence.This company also has a very fair pricing structure too, definitely value for money.
