Zed lettings are far the best letting agents I have been with. All the staff are professional friendly and approachable. If and when problems arise (which is rarely) they sorts it very quick and communication is excellent not just for landlords but for tenants too. I would have no problems recommending Zed Lettings to anyone. I moved out with no issues at all and my bond was released within a week. Thank you all of you at Zed Lettings

From start to finish they’ve been nothing but lovely! We found our dream house to rent through zed lettings. Deb went above and beyond for us and got the whole process wrapped up in a week! 100% highly recommended xx

All well and good as a tenant until you try and move out. Will absolutely try and keep the majority of your deposit for issues that miraculously appeared AFTER you leave. Please be cautious and use the deposit protection scheme as we were able to recover the majority of my sisters money. Be prepared for unprofessional and badly written emails in the interim from the ‘director’ as she has the people skills of a carrier bag. You can read her responses to paying clients below.

The best lettings agency I have come across in the 20+ years I have been renting. Very professional, attentive, quick and dilligent. The best! As an example: On the moving in day, we discovered that the bins were full to overflowing - Sorted within two hours! The roof leaked - Sorted the next day! There was no power in the garage - Sorted the next day! BRILLIANT!

Rented with Zed for the past 4 years and they have been friendly and supportive the whole time. I always worry about reporting things to them but they are understanding and do their very best to get things fixed and sorted fuss free.
